This website (“Site”) is provided to you by Get Sassy!™ Your access to and use of this Site, and your purchase of the Get Sassy!™ Set-Aside System, is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, whether or not you have read them. Get Sassy!™ may in its sole discretion modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Site.

Terms of Agreement

Your purchase of the Get Sassy!™ Accounting System is effective immediately upon completion of the order form provided on this Site and our receipt of payment through PayPal, at which time we will e-mail you a Personal or Small Business printable ledger page, and 3 printable charts. Your Get Sassy!™ order will be shipped to you promptly thereafter.

Paying by Check or Money Order
If you wish to pay by Money Order or Check, go to the About Us / Contact Us page on this Site. In the message box, indicate the package and items you would like and the quantities of each. We will respond via e-mail with an order authorization, including applicable tax & shipping charges. Mail your payment to; GetSassy!™ 7 Avenida Vista Grande B-7 #476, Santa Fe, NM 87508. Once your payment has been received and cleared, your complete Get Sassy!™ order will be shipped to you. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Exchange Policy
Get Sassy!™ will exchange items that are damaged during shipping, or are defective upon your receipt of the item, provided, that we are notified by phone 505-216-9141or e-mail getsassy@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of such damaged or defective item(s) and that they be returned to us in the original shipping condition within thirty (30) days from the date when the item was received by you.

Get Sassy!™ will promptly replace the damaged or defective item and will refund reasonable shipping costs incurred by you in returning the original item to us.

You are required to contact Get Sassy!™ either by phone 505-216-9141 or e-mail getsassy@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization # prior to returning the damaged or defective item(s). Failure to contact Get Sassy! ™ prior to returning the damaged or defective item(s) may result a denial of refund for any shipping charges you may incur.

Get Sassy!™ will not exchange items that are returned to us more than thirty (30) days after your receipt of the item or that are returned for reasons other than those stated above.

Money Back Guarantee
In order to receive money back the user must show “good faith” by DEMONSTRATING the steps he or she took to use the system. He or she must have correctly used the system step by step for a period of three months and not shown any difference in results. Individual must show, through records, that he or she has taken substantial steps to change behavioral patterns as outlined in the Instructional DVD. If everything that has been taught has not produced the same results we have received for the last 4 ½ years, the individual will receive a refund.

The DVD must be in perfect condition and must be returned in the original packaging it was shipped in. Any scratches, smudges, rips, tears, stains or markings that will render the DVD unusable will be grounds for denying the claim for refund. Any refunds will be mailed by check 45 days after receipt of the returned DVD and case. DVD will be examined and played to ensure marketability before a refund is given. The refund will be for the cost of the DVD only and will not include the cost of the shipping. Any paper materials (custom ledger book, envelopes, scratch pads), pens, pencils, calculators are non-returnable.

Sales Tax Policy

Get Sassy!™ will charge all applicable state and local taxes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws provisions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Sassy!™ and its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives from and against all claims, liability and expenses, including all legal fees and costs, arising from or relating to (a) your breach of these Terms and Conditions and (b) your use of this Site and of the Get Sassy!™ Set-Aside System.
